Project Overview
This project is applied to tower energy consumption monitoring located in Africa. The customer needs to provide 24 sets of power distribution cabinets for AC and DC energy consumption detection and alarm data collection of towers.
Customer needs:
1.AC/DC circuits energy consumption monitoring
2.DC circuit energy conusmption monitoring
3.The 3rd party alarm signal collection
All data is uploaded to the IOT platform through the ANET gateway for online data management.
Project Solution
To achieve real-time monitoring of electricity consumption, timely fault alarm and remote energy consumption monitoring, this project has connected devices as follows:
72 pcs Acrel multifunctional power meter
Over 24 pcs Acrel gateways
Project Effects
1.Reliable power supply
Real-time power parameter fault alarm monitoring lets Party A detect power system abnormalities instantly, identify and resolve line faults and equipment hazards promptly, greatly reducing sudden power outage risks and business downtime losses for offices and shops, ensuring stable power supply for all scenarios in the building.
2.Cost optimization
Remote monitoring of tower power consumption data and report export enable Party A to grasp regional energy consumption accurately. Analyzing usage patterns identifies inefficient links for targeted energy-saving strategies (avoiding waste), while real-time data supports rational power allocation and optimized supply plans, cutting overall costs and boosting efficiency.
