Pain Points:

Data centers have extremely stringent requirements for power supply stability and uninterrupted operation; even minor power anomalies can easily cause system shutdowns and paralysis. During operation, computing server clusters generate significant harmonic interference, severely impacting power quality, exacerbating equipment wear and tear, and creating potential operational hazards. Furthermore, the long distances and numerous connection points of power distribution busbars make it difficult to detect latent faults such as overheating at line joints. The platform utilizes 3D visualization technology to create high-precision digital models of power distribution busbars and server cabinets, fully reproducing the actual wiring layout and equipment arrangement. Simultaneously, wireless temperature monitoring devices are deployed at key locations such as busbars, wiring contacts, and line connections to continuously collect temperature data and upload it to the management platform in real time.

The system performs detailed monitoring of each outgoing line of the precision distribution cabinet (row cabinet).
